How Data Enginx collects, uses, and retains personal data for training enquiries and bookings.
Data controller

What we collect
- Identity and contact details you provide (name, email, phone if supplied)
- Enquiry content (markets followed, training interest, message text)
- Booking and payment administration details when you enrol
- Technical data such as cookie identifiers when you consent to analytics cookies
We do not ask for account passwords to brokerage platforms, card CVV through this website’s mock form, or special-category data as part of a standard enquiry.
Purposes and lawful bases
- Responding to enquiries and administering bookings (contract and legitimate interests)
- Improving the website with analytics only where you accept optional cookies (consent)
- Meeting legal and accounting obligations (legal obligation)
Retention
Enquiry messages are kept for up to twenty-four months unless a booking relationship continues. Booking and invoice records are retained for six years to meet UK accounting needs. Cookie consent choices remain in your browser until you clear storage.
Who we share data with
We use service providers who support email, scheduling, and (where used) payment administration under appropriate agreements. We do not sell personal data.
International transfers
If a provider stores data outside the UK, we rely on an adequacy regulation or appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum where required.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, or portability where applicable, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Children
Our training is aimed at adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under sixteen.
