Client stories

What traders noticed after working on trendline confluence with us — specific habits, not slogans.

“I arrived with three years of screenshots and almost no rule for which trendline to keep. After the workshop I still hesitate on thin markets, but on FTSE and cable I can finally say why a confluence zone is worth a plan and why a lone line is not.”

Marcus H. — London swing trader · Trendline Confluence Workshop

“The coaching was slower than I expected, in a good way. James made me delete half my channel lines before we talked about confluence. My only reservation is that one hour goes quickly if you bring too many instruments.”

Priya S. — Bristol · Private Chart Coaching

“The multi-timeframe clinic fixed a habit I did not know I had: drawing perfect hourly triangles that the daily chart never recognised. We rebuilt two of my active zones together and I left with a checklist taped beside the monitor.”

Owen R. — Edinburgh · Multi-Timeframe Clinic

“Elena’s morning session on swing honesty was uncomfortable — she rejected several of my favourite anchors. By the afternoon I agreed with her. The follow-up call two weeks later caught a zone I had marked too early.”

Hannah L. — Manchester · Workshop participant

Extended story — rebuilding a cable journal

Tom, a part-time FX trader based in Surrey, joined a four-session coaching block after years of redrawing trendlines every Sunday. In session one we stripped his EURUSD and GBPUSD charts to swing labels only. Session two introduced confluence only where a rising line from the March low met a falling line from the prior swing high within a defined pip band. Session three aligned those zones with the daily frame. Session four reviewed two weeks of journal entries: he had acted on three zones, skipped five, and recorded why.

The result was not a winning streak narrative. Two of the three acted zones failed his invalidation and he exited as planned. What changed was the quality of the skips — he stopped forcing trades on single-line “support” that had never been tested twice.
