The terms that govern use of this website and enrolment in Data Enginx training.
1. Acceptance
By using dataenginx.digital and enquiring about or booking Data Enginx training, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or book sessions.

3. Educational nature of services
Our workshops, coaching, and clinics teach chart-reading methods. They are not investment advice, personal recommendations, or portfolio management. Trading involves risk of loss. Past examples used in training are illustrative only.
4. Bookings and enquiries
Submitting an enquiry does not create a booking until we confirm in writing and, where applicable, receive the requested deposit. Fees shown on the site are informational starting points.
5. Intellectual property
Workbooks, slides, checklists, and site content remain the property of Data Enginx. You may keep materials for personal study. You may not resell, republish, or teach our materials as your own curriculum without written permission.
6. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, submit abusive content via forms, or misrepresent your identity when booking training.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Data Enginx is not liable for trading losses, consequential damages, or decisions you make after training. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
8. Website availability
We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Content may change without notice.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK.

We may update these terms periodically. The version on this page at the time of your booking or site use applies. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
